I'm wired to see solutions where others see problems. Give me a business obstacle or creative challenge, and I'll find the path through it — seems it's in my DNA.

These days, I work alongside (and sometimes inside) a range of service-based businesses as an external partner in the areas of brand, creative operations and growth. I help creative entrepreneurs and teams recalibrate their businesses, figure out what's not working, and build something better — all while staying creatively aligned, getting more sleep and actually making more money. Revolutionary concept, I know.

When I say I get it, I actually do — I've walked the talk. I've been the designer, the ops manager, the marketing department, the CFO, the solopreneur, the business partner, and the multi-disciplinary team builder. I know the unique challenges creative businesses face because I've lived them. More importantly, I know how to turn those challenges into opportunities to build stronger businesses and teams from the inside out.

The obstacles are just beautiful puzzles waiting to be solved.
