Half Day, Full Day or Multi-Day Workshops
Immersive workshops for service-based businesses and teams who are done with surface-level solutions. I work with you to:

Fractional Leadership (Short or long term)
I offer brand, marketing or operational guidance on a fractional or retainer basis. Think executive-level thinking without the executive-level salary commitment.
This works especially well during growth phases or major transitions when you need someone who's navigated these waters before but don't need (or can't afford) a full-time hire.
